Catherine Gaillard and Lamia Dorner concocted a storytelling show for adults that is played with a joyous verve standards and genres. e621 To find the next few days in Plan-les-Wadding (GE).
A girl who is never afraid and a princess looking for love, but also attractive aliens, prohibited islands and an explorer who was not afraid of anything or anywhere else ... Here are a few tasty ingredients on the menu the latest shows Catherine e621 Gaillard. After insolent and activist Flora Tristan Amazons and female, here is the satirical and suggestive Cosmorgasme and other conquests! design for which the storyteller has teamed up with the author Lamia Dorner. 360 has encountered during the presentation of the show as part of the Creative Festival.
How it works both on a story? Lamia Dorner: Catherine causing the structure of the story, its scenic and verbal virtuosity, I concentrated on the frame stories, text. But we worked in constant dialogue, e621 and we have lot of fun designing these non-hétérocentrés stories. Catherine Gaillard: Besides its literary qualities, Lamia shares with me a taste for the fantastic and the same aspiration e621 to a freer and more fulfilling society. But our utopia e621 is not without concern. One of the stories is post-apocalyptic. I specify as one of our stories inspired a story that was given to me by Françoise Leclere, author e621 and trainer in Toulouse, France.
Erotic stories and non-hétérocentrés e621 ... it deserves some explanation! CG: It all started in international storytelling festival in Montreal, which I was invited in 2011 to present an integral of my shows. On this occasion I was asked to participate in an evening dedicated to erotic e621 stories, and I realized I did not have my directory. As I discuss in both militant and dramatic angle, I never found a naughty tale that combines these two aspects. I then spoke to Lamia, who embarked on writing the story of the eponymous show. The Cosmorgasme was launched! LD: Without revealing too intrigues, we can say that plays with the codes and you walk a little public. He was made to believe that we are in the usual reports and then gradually things are moving towards greater freedom and fantasy. e621 CG: The three tales show the limits are exceeded. The main characters are somehow projected beyond their comfort zone, risking their gender identity, and arrive e621 in a strange land ... It is there that starts the process of moving the point of view - and therefore potential inner transformation - at own tale. The public story is not composed convinced that on this issue, and the enthusiastic feedback from the public-there are our greatest reward.
Erotic course, but also very funny. A will? LD: I must say that the theme is the joke and we were often died laughing. The humor also helps to take a look rather soft on human beings entangled in a legal narrow. Merely feminize certain archetypes of manhood is already a very effective comic spring. Our heroines are hungry for love experiences, so when for example we advance in the field of desire alongside the Explorer Margot Polo ... But I do say no more! (Laughs) CG: That is one reason why the term rogue is more appropriate. The basic definition of the term erotic - that causes sexual arousal - we seemed a little simplistic. Certainly it is not to avoid the obstacle and not talking about sex, but at the same time there is also the liberating dimension of laughter that is very present. The term rogue seems better define these two aspects of the show, which has contributed much Lamia.
So fairy tale for adults or all ages? CG: At the beginning the story is open to all. Although the tradition, small sometimes away, the tale intended solely for children is actually a fairly recent and local kind. Michel Hindenoch, a major figure in contemporary tale, had this perfect formula "stories are not done for the children asleep e621 but wake the adults!" Le Cosmorgasme, we set a limit access, at age 15, which seems to satisfy everyone.
Express bios Catherine Gaillard completed his training professional storyteller in 1999. Among his most memorable performances: The Amazons (2002), Flora Tristan (2008) and, recently, Bubble Boxes with Solo Sophie, Beatrice Graf, my Nathalie Athlan have met with great success in Switzerland, France, Quebec, and even Russia.
