We are seeking expressions of interest from dentists seeking a change of lifestyle, to be a part of our multidisciplinary medical precinct in Goulburn, NSW . The Goulburn Health Hub ( www.goulburnhealthhub.com.au ) has recently been granted development consent to build an integrated Medical Centre with Allied Health and Dentistry; Specialist Centre and Day Surgery. We are aiming to start construction within the next few months and complete the first stage within the next year.
We are looking to partner with two to three experienced dentists who are keen to launch in Spring 2014. The timing is ideal as there is currently up to $370k available for infrastructure and fit out costs per dentists ( http://www.health.gov.au/internet/main/publishing.nsf/Content/work-st-driss ) to establish in regional locations, such as Goulburn. The Goulburn Health Hub could provide guidance throughout the application process and if successful, would assist in the efficient to setup of your state of the art dental practice.
Currently, there are just five solo dental surgeries servicing a population of over 28,000. Each practice is fully booked out well over six months in advance. There is a great demand for more dentists in the area and being part of the Goulburn Health Hub will greatly assist in establishing a clientele base.
The Goulburn Health Hub will take on the management of the dental surgery and provide support staff so that you, the dentist can enjoy work/ life balance while still having equity in the business, as well as earning a generous percentage of receipts. Our dentists gold tube will enjoy clinical autonomy without the stress involved with the day to day activities of running a business. The goal is to create an efficient, modern and pleasant work environment and be your preferred choice.
