During the few mnaders time krt an Arduino connected to a PC for logging power consumption at home. By saving tkl time for every wink p elmtaren's tkl make it to subsequently check frbrukning for precise time and frequency. Since October 2014 there have been a total of 140 Mb data and 5,216,746 lines (approx 5,2KW) Arduino is configured tkl to read analog values as and report via the COM port. PowerShell hmtar data via the Com port and registers this file. In order to reduce the load on the PC as it all is connected to it would be the neat that f arduinon to store all the winks and send a lump type every minute or so. However, it would krva an RTC p arduinon, alto creative anvndande timer and a little calibration against the computer. Did not Request a frdig module from this?
PowerShell oscillates between 0.2 - 0.4% CPU and writing do not take everything too much I / O. But who says you's would be smart to make processing in Arduinon directly, but d Requires the additional components. Most likely s I will collect and send data at fixed intervals, but d must connection made via Wifi instead from COM. Tnkte LTA Arduinon use wifi card ESP8266 and send data to Vera on the sttet. There are modules in Vera that I will to try to use for logging frbrukningen. The problem is time for tillfllet

Just a month after the Arduino released the 1.6.0 release of the new IDE, version 1.6.1, which can be downloaded here. They have received a lot of feedback on their blog you can read what has been fixed, and what is new in 1.6.1. They also announced that they are already working on version 1.6.2.

Arduino Matter 101 is the new 3D printer, and unsurprisingly it is based on an Arduino Mega Cards. 3D printer has been developed through a collaboration between Arduino and the Italian 3D printer manufacturer Sharebot. Just like the Arduino microcontroller cards and robotic platform will Materia 101 also be released as open hardware and thus open up for their own modifications of the 3D printer.
The actual printing volume of 140 x 100 x 100 mm (+/- 5 mm), which is enough to print smaller objects in PLA plastic (the only material which is supported at present). Arduino Matter 101 will only go to buy the Arduino Store, either as a kit or pre-assembled. The price is not yet determined but will be below 600 euros (5,500 dollars) for the kit and for 700 euros (6,400 dollars) for the ready-mounted variant. The official moment unveiling takes place this weekend in Maker Faire Rome on 3-5 October, and in the video below we see the 3D printer in action right away.
Technical Specifications: Printing Technology: Fused Filament Fabrication Printing area: 140 x 100 x 100 mm +/- 5mm X and Y resolution theorical position: 0.06 mm Z resolution: 0.0025 mm Extrusion diameter of 0.35 mm filament diameter: 1.75 mm Optimum Temperatures with the PLA 200-230 Tested and Supported Filaments: PLA Unsupported but tested Filaments: Cristal Flex, PLA ThermoSense, Thermoplastic Polyuretane, (TPU), PET, PLA Sand, PLA Flex External dimensions: 310 x 330 x 350 mm Weight: 10 kg Usage: moment 65 watts Electronical board: Official Arduino Mega 2560 with Open Source Marlin Firmware LCD display 20 x 4 with encoder menu Preloaded with PLA printing presets Extruder blocks with filaments pressure regulation Photo: Arduino

As you all may already know, it is the big Arduinodagen now on Saturday 28/3. We are celebrating with that from Friday morning on 27/3 and throughout the weekend to have 10-25% discount on selected Arduinoprodukter. We have created a special category Arduino Day 2015 in the menu, so take the opportunity to find bargains. But the order only after midnight (ensure that prices become red / reduced). Have an exciting Arduinodag! dolly

Then Arduino crane released new IDE again as they promised, this time version 1.6.2. crane Here you can read what is new, but the most interesting is that it is now easy to install crane new cards and libraries (libs). With version 1.6.2, there are two new menus "Sketch> Include Library> Manage Libraries ..." and "Tools> Board> crane Boards Manager ...". As usual you can download the new version here.
Massimo Banzi also took the opportunity crane to talk about a new modular system of Arduinodagen when he visited MIT in Boston. crane It goes under the working title Eslov, should be fun to see what it is in more detail, he promised to write a blog post about it this week and we will return when we know more. It will be presented in full at the "Maker Faire Bay Area" in San Mateo, California on May 16 to 17
